Common use of Short Term Illness and Injury Plan Clause in Contracts

Short Term Illness and Injury Plan. (a) The Employer will provide a short term illness and injury plan that entitles regular employees to a benefit of seventy-five percent (75%) of pay for a period not to exceed seven (7) months as provided for under policy number G6720 (Cooperators Life Insurance Co.), after completion of three (3) months continuous service.
