Shift Rotation for Logistics Employees. (a) This Article (7.18) is applicable to permanent full time employees working in Durham, London, Toronto, Ottawa and Thunder Bay logistics facilities and replaces the provisions of Articles’ 7.14 and 7.16 of the Collective Agreement for Logistics employees only. Preferred shifts will be fixed (non-rotational), on a semi-annual basis January 1st to June 30th and July 1st to December 31st.
