Severance on Termination. If your employment with the Company is terminated by the Company without “Cause” (as hereinafter defined), you will be eligible to receive a severance payment equal to three (3) months of your then current base salary excluding bonuses and other compensations (“Severance Amount”). The foregoing severance package shall be conditioned on you executing and not revoking a valid release of claims and separation agreement, in a form prescribed by the Company. The Severance Amount shall be paid in three (3) equal installments after Company’s receipt of a signed release/separation Agreement from you, with the first installment to begin within fifteen (15) days of such date; provided that, all your severance benefits are and shall remain subject to Section 7 below, notwithstanding any terms to the contrary.
Severance on Termination. In the event that: (1) Employer terminates your employment without Cause, or (2) you terminate your employment for Good Reason, or (3) you terminate your employment within thirty (30) days from an event of Change of Control, you will be entitled to severance pay equal to nine (9) months of your gross annual salary and per diem.
Severance on Termination. Resignation, Dismissal, Retirement, Disability and End of Contract or Employment Staff members who are for reasons of resignation, dismissal, retirement, disability or end contract or employment shall not be the recipients severance pay. Definition In the event that the University decides to introduce new equipment or material, or to implement a change in the manner in which it carries on its operations that is directly related to the introduction of that equipment or material, and where such introduction or implementation would be likely to adversely alter a position classification or displace any staff member, the University shall give the Union three (3)months' notice. The parties shall consult as soon as possible to review the impact on staff members and possible measures to reduce the adverse effects of the pending change.
