Several Obligations of the Portfolios. This Agreement is an agreement entered into between the Bank and the Fund with respect to each Portfolio. With respect to any obligation of the Fund on behalf of any Portfolio arising out of this Agreement, the Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Portfolio to which such obligation relates as though the Bank had separately contracted with the Fund by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio.
Several Obligations of the Portfolios. This Agreement is an agreement entered into between IBT and the Fund with respect to each Portfolio. With respect to any obligation of the Fund on behalf of any Portfolio arising out of this Agreement, IBT shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Portfolio to which such obligation relates as though IBT had separately contracted with the Fund by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio.
Several Obligations of the Portfolios. With respect to any obligations of the Customer on behalf of each Portfolio and each of its related Accounts arising out of this Agreement, the Custodian shall look for payment or satisfaction of any obligation solely to the assets and property of the Portfolio and such Accounts to which such obligation relates as though the Customer had separately contracted with the Custodian by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio and its related Accounts.
Several Obligations of the Portfolios. This Consolidated Agreement is an agreement entered into between the Bank and each Fund listed on Appendix A hereto, with respect to each Fund’s Portfolios listed on Appendix A, and each open-end management investment company made subject to this Consolidated Agreement in accordance with Section 25 above, individually, as if this Consolidated Agreement were between such individual Fund and the Bank. With respect to any obligation of the Fund on behalf of any Portfolio arising out of this Consolidated Agreement, the Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Portfolio to which such obligation relates as though the Bank had separately contracted with the Fund by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio.
Several Obligations of the Portfolios. This Agreement is an agreement entered into between Investors Bank and the Fund with respect to each Portfolio. With respect to any obligation of the Fund on behalf of any Portfolio arising out of this Agreement, Investors Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Portfolio to which such obligation relates as though Investors Bank had separately contracted with the Fund by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio.
Several Obligations of the Portfolios. The Trust is a series company with multiple series, the Portfolios, and has entered into this Agreement on behalf of those series, as amended from time to time on notice to the Fund Accountant. With respect to any obligation of the Trust on behalf of any Portfolio arising hereunder, the Fund Accountant shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligations solely to the assets and property of the Portfolios to which such obligation relates as though the Trust had separately contracted with the Fund Accountant by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio. In addition, this Agreement may be terminated with respect to one or more Portfolios without affecting the rights, duties or obligations of any of the other Portfolios.

With respect to any obligation of the Trust on behalf of any portfolio arising out of this Agreement, the Custodian shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the portfolio to which such obligation relates as though the Custodian had separately contracted with the Trust by separate written instrument with respect to each portfolio.

The Company is a series company with multiple series, the Portfolios, and has entered into this Agreement on behalf of those series, as amended from time to time on notice to the Administrator. With respect to any obligation of the the Company on behalf of any Portfolio arising hereunder, the Administrator shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligations solely to the assets and property of the Portfolio to which such obligation relates as though the Company had separately contracted with the Administrator by separate written instrument with respect to each Portfolio. In addition, this Agreement may be terminated with respect to one or more Portfolios without affecting the rights, duties or obligations of any of the other Portfolios.

The Fund may appoint the Bank as its custodian and fund accounting and recordkeeping agent for additional Portfolios and or classes from time to time by written notice, provided the Bank does not object to such addition. Fees for such additions will be at the then current fee schedule in effect at the time of the addition unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
