Fund Accounting, Calculation of N.A.V. The following annual fee will be charged for each fund that we are fund accountant. This fee does not include transactions or custody fees. Annual Fee Domestic Fund $ 32,000 Global Fund $ 50,000 ** Annual Fee includes one (1) share class. Each class beyond one will be charged $6,000 per class per year.

  • Fiscal Year and Accounting Method The fiscal year of the Company shall be as designated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall also determine the accounting method to be used by the Company.

  • Fiscal Year and Accounting Methods Borrower may not and may not permit any Company to change its fiscal year or its method of accounting (other than immaterial changes in methods or as required or permitted by GAAP).

  • Fund Accounting Services GFS may from time to time adopt procedures, or modify its procedures, to implement the terms of this Section. With respect to each Fund, GFS shall provide the following services subject to, and in compliance with, the objectives, policies and limitations set forth in the Trust’s Registration Statement, the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust, Bylaws, applicable laws and regulations, and resolutions and policies implemented by the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board”):

If so directed, U.S. Trust shall also calculate daily the net income of the Fund

  • Determination of Net Asset Value The Trustees shall cause the Net Asset Value of Shares of each Series or Class to be determined from time to time in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. The Trustees may delegate the power and duty to determine Net Asset Value per Share to one or more Trustees or officers of the Trust or to a custodian, depository or other agent appointed for such purpose. The Net Asset Value of Shares shall be determined separately for each Series or Class at such times as may be prescribed by the Trustees or, in the absence of action by the Trustees, as of the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on each day for all or part of which such Exchange is open for unrestricted trading.

  • Statements of Reconciliation after Change in Accounting Principles If, as a result of any change in accounting principles and policies from those used in the preparation of the Historical Financial Statements, the consolidated financial statements of Holdings and its Subsidiaries delivered pursuant to Section 5.1(b) or 5.1(c) will differ in any material respect from the consolidated financial statements that would have been delivered pursuant to such subdivisions had no such change in accounting principles and policies been made, then, together with the first delivery of such financial statements after such change, one or more statements of reconciliation for all such prior financial statements in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent;
