Individual Fund definition

Individual Fund means individual subfunds of the Fund as may be established by the Plan Administrator from time to time for the investment of the Fund.
Individual Fund means those funds with varying investment objectives maintained by the Trustee for the investment of certain Accounts under the Plan in accordance with Plan Section 5. The Plan Administrator shall specify from time to time to the Trustee or Investment Manager, as applicable, the identity of and the investment goals and objectives for each Individual Fund. As to each of the Individual Funds, the Trustee shall be authorized to purchase short-term investments pending the selection and purchase of investments suitable for a particular Individual Fund. Pending the selection and purchase of suitable investments, which decision by the Trustee shall be conclusive, or the payment of expenses or other anticipated distributions, the Trustee may retain in cash, without liability for interest, such portion of the Individual Fund as it shall deem reasonable under the circumstances.
Individual Fund means the investments (including cash) of the scheme attributable to you under each arrangement having regard to: • contributions, and • transfer in payments paid by or in respect of you, less any benefits and transfer-out payments paid to or in respect of you and any fees, charges and costs payable in accordance with the Coutts Invest Fee Tariff, adjusted to account for any growth or loss in the value of investments.

Examples of Individual Fund in a sentence

  • The Adviser shall receive a monthly management fee, payable monthly as soon as practicable after the last day of each month, composed of a Group Fee and an Individual Fund Fee.

More Definitions of Individual Fund

Individual Fund means individual subfunds of the Fund as may be established by the Plan Administrator from time to time for the investment of the Fund, other than the Company Stock Funds.
Individual Fund means the net value of the investments and money held for each arrangement we have with you, after deduction of any costs, charges and liabilities. Section 4 explains “arrangements” and how we attribute investments and money of the scheme to each arrangement.
Individual Fund means the investments (including cash) of the scheme attributable to you under each arrangement having regard to: • (for a member only) contributions/transfers or (for a dependant only) any amounts allocated to provide you with drawdown pension following the death of a member; and •transfer‐in payments paid by or in respect of you: less: •all benefits and transfer‐out payments paid to or in respect of you; •all fees, charges, costs, expenses and other liabilities that are deductible in accordance with the contract between you and us (including, but not limited to, those items in respect of us and the trustee, and of others appointed in respect of your plan such as any financial adviser, discretionary fund manager, provider of an execution only dealing facility, or professional adviser); •all borrowing: all adjusted to account for any growth or loss in the investments. lifetime annuity means an annuity contract purchased from an insurance company, which provides an income for life. member means an individual whom we have accepted for membership of the scheme under the rules and who has not subsequently left the scheme. permitted investments schedule means the schedule that we provide or make available to you from time to time that sets out in summary the investments you are permitted to hold within your individual fund. It needs to be read with the more detailed provisions in the terms and conditions and rules, and also the fee schedule, for the conditions and restrictions which we apply in connection with plan investments to be understood. The permitted investments schedule will be as amended from time to time.
Individual Fund means the part or parts of The HL Vantage SIPP that the Scheme Administrator determines to be attributable to You (see the Rules for further details).
Individual Fund means individual subfunds of the Fund as may be established by the Plan Administrator from time to time for the investment of the Fund. One or more of the Individual Funds may be Company Stock funds, designed to invest in Company Stock, as described in Article V.

Related to Individual Fund

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • Principal Funds With respect to the Mortgage Loans and any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (1) the scheduled principal due during the related Due Period and received before the related Servicer Remittance Date or advanced on or before the related Servicer Remittance Date, (2) prepayments in full collected in the related Prepayment Period, (3) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan that was purchased by the Depositor during the related Prepayment Period or, in the case of a purchase pursuant to Section 9.01, on the Business Day prior to such Distribution Date, (4) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Replacement Mortgage Loan is less than the aggregate unpaid principal of the related Deleted Mortgage Loans delivered by the Sponsor in connection with a substitution of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03(c), (5) all Liquidation Proceeds collected during the related Prepayment Period (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds relate to principal and represent payment in full), (6) all Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Due Period and (7) all other collections and recoveries in respect of principal during the related Due Period, less (A) all Non-Recoverable Advances relating to principal with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (B) other amounts reimbursable (including without limitation indemnity payments) to the Servicer and the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement allocable to principal.

  • Investment Vehicle means a corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, association, or other entity, either domestic or foreign, managed by an external manager in which a board is the majority investor and that is organized in order to invest with, or retain the investment management services of, other external managers.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Individual Account Means the account established and maintained under this Plan for each Participant in accordance with Section 4.01.

  • General Fund means the Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.

  • Special Limited Partner means WNC Housing, L.P., a California limited partnership, and such other Persons as are admitted to the Partnership as additional or substitute Special Limited Partners pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Institutional fund means a fund held by an institution exclusively for charitable purposes. The term does not include:

  • New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8.2. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in this Indenture.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Residual Funding Facility means any funding arrangement with a financial institution or institutions or other lenders or purchasers under which advances are made to the Company or any Subsidiary based upon residual, subordinated or retained interests in Receivables Entities or any of their respective securities, debt instruments or other Indebtedness.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Money market mutual fund means an open-end managed investment fund:

  • Special Limited Partner Interest means the interest of the Special Limited Partner in the Partnership representing its right as the holder of an interest in distributions described in Sections 5.1(b)(iii)(A), (c), (d) and (e) (and any corresponding allocations of income, gain, loss and deduction under this Agreement).

  • Investment Vehicles means any investment company or pooled investment fund, including, but not limited to, mutual fund families, exchange-traded funds, fund of funds and hedge funds, in which a Defendant has or may have a direct or indirect interest, or as to which its affiliates may act as an investment advisor, but of which a Defendant or its respective affiliates is not a majority owner or does not hold a majority beneficial interest.
