Bank Appointed Custodian. The Fund hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of its portfolio securities and cash delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described, and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

Bank Appointed Custodian. The Trust hereby appoints the Bank as ------------------------ custodian of the Master Portfolios' portfolio securities and cash delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described, and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

The Company hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of its portfolio securities and cash delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement the Company agrees to pay to the Bank the fees set forth on Appendix B hereto.
Bank Appointed Custodian. The Trust hereby appoints the Bank as custodian; of its portfolio securities and cash delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described and to perform such duties and provide such services as are set forth on any schedule hereto, and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Bank Appointed Custodian. The Adviser hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of the portfolio securities and cash of each of its Funds delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described, and the Trust hereby approves such appointment. The Bank agrees to act as custodian upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement the Adviser agrees to pay to the Bank the fees set forth on Appendix B hereto.
Bank Appointed Custodian. Each Fund in respect of each Portfolio thereof hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of the securities and cash attributable to such Portfolio delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, each Fund in respect of each Portfolio thereof agrees to pay to the Bank, solely out of the assets attributable to the applicable Portfolio, fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing between the parties.
Bank Appointed Custodian. The Trust hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of its Fund securities and cash delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement the Trust agrees to pay to the Bank the fees set forth on APPENDIX B hereto.
Bank Appointed Custodian. The Fund hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of the securities and cash of the applicable Series delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described, and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Any reference in this Agreement to any actions to be taken by the Fund shall be deemed to refer to the Fund acting on behalf of the applicable Series, any reference in this Agreement to any assets of the Fund, including, without limitation, any portfolio securities and cash and earnings thereon, shall be deemed to refer only to assets of the applicable Series, any duty or obligation of the Bank hereunder to the Fund shall be deemed to refer to duties and obligations with respect to each Series unless the context otherwise requires and any obligation or liability of the Fund hereunder shall be binding only with respect to the applicable Series, and shall be discharged only out of the assets of such Series.
Bank Appointed Custodian. Section 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Section 1 thereof in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "BANK APPOINTED AS CUSTODIAN. The Trust hereby appoints the Bank as custodian of the Trust's portfolio securities and cash delivered to the Bank as hereinafter described and the Bank agrees to act as such upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement the Trust agrees to pay to the Bank fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing between the parties."
