Related Accounts. The Servicer covenants and agrees hereby to deliver to the Trustee, within a reasonable time period after it receives notice that a Related Account has been created, but in any event not later than 15 days after the end of the month within which it receives notice that such Related Account has been created, a notice specifying the new account number for such Related Account.

Related Accounts. The Related Accounts are being maintained in accordance with applicable law, the terms of the Servicing Agreements related to the Servicing and the Mortgage documents and, where applicable, in accordance with the requirements of any applicable Master Servicer, Investor, Agency, insurers and other governmental agencies having jurisdiction. The Related Accounts have been maintained using the Aggregate Accounting Methodology. Except for payments that are past due under the terms of the Mortgage documents, all escrow balances, if any, required by the Mortgage documents and paid to Seller for the account of the mortgagors are on deposit in the appropriate escrow accounts. The Seller warrants that it is not currently and has not been required to pay any interest on any escrow/impound account.
Related Accounts. On and after the Transfer Date, the Related Accounts shall be maintained in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the Mortgages and, where applicable, in accordance with the regulations of the governmental agencies having jurisdiction with respect thereto.

Related Accounts. If Software Techniques Inc. terminates an Account, Software Techniques Inc may terminate any other Accounts that share the same member name, phone number, email address, postal address, Internet Protocol address, or credit card number with the terminated Account.
Related Accounts. Upon termination of ADVERTISER Account, ADVERTISER's access to Services will immediately be terminated. ADVERTISER will not be permitted to open a new Account ("Related Account"). ENGAGE, in its sole discretion, may terminate all Related Accounts based on reasonable belief that new Account is associated with a terminated Account due to similarities in subscriber data, account content and other information.

All liabilities associated with certificates of deposit, demand accounts, and Thrift Club money market accounts held in the name of (i) employees, retired employees or directors of Beneficial National Bank, (ii) employees, retired employees or directors of entities that were, as of June 29,1998, affiliates of Beneficial National Bank, or (iii) the spouse, children or parents of any of the persons set forth in (i) or (ii) (the accounts described in (i), (ii) and (iii) collectively referred to as the "Related Accounts"). A true and complete list, to the best of Seller's knowledge, of the Related Accounts as of June 30, 1998, is set forth on Schedule L hereto.
Related Accounts. Breakpoint discounts may apply to Class A share mutual fund purchases I make within the account I am opening, and, depending on the rules set forth in the prospectus or SAI of the particular fund family, to purchases made in accounts that are related.
