Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Portfolios. The Fund has and may, from time to time, add additional Portfolios, which will become subject to this Agreement, if, upon the written consent of each of the Parties hereto, they are made available as investment media for the Contracts.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that a Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder by the parties amending the Schedule A to include the additional series.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Portfolios listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more investment series in addition to and with respect to which it desires to have PFPC render services as transfer agent, registrar, dividend disbursing agent and related services agent under the terms set forth in this Agreement, it shall so notify PFPC in writing, and PFPC shall agree in writing to provide such services, and such investment series shall become a Portfolio hereunder, subject to such additional terms, fees and conditions as are agreed to by the parties.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that Fund establishes one or more additional series with respect to which it desires to have State Street render services as custodian and recordkeeping agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify State Street in writing, and if State Street agrees to provide such services, such series shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which the Administrator desires to have the Sub-Accounting Agent render services as sub-accounting agent under the terms hereof, the Administrator shall so notify the Sub-Accounting Agent in writing, and if the Sub-Accounting Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder and the Sub-Accounting Agent and the Administrator shall be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof with respect to such Portfolio.
Additional Portfolios. 14.1 In the event that the Fund establishes one or more Portfolios in addition to those identified in Schedule A, with respect to which the Fund desires to have Investor Services Group render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, the Fund shall so notify Investor Services Group in writing, and if Investor Services Group agrees in writing to provide such services, Exhibit 1 shall be amended to include such additional Portfolios.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Portfolios listed on Appendix A attached hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof and the Custodian wishes to provide such services, the parties will execute a revised Exhibit A. Upon execution thereof, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more Portfolios in addition to those identified in Exhibit 1, with respect to which the Fund desires to have FDISG render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, the Fund shall so notify FDISG in writing, and if FDISG agrees in writing to provide such services, Exhibit 1 shall be amended to include such additional Portfolios.
