Several Obligations of the Funds. This Agreement is executed on behalf of the Board of Trustees of each Fund as Trustees and not individually and the obligations of this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Trustees or shareholders individually but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Funds. With respect to the obligations of each Fund arising hereunder, Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of any such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though Bank had separately contracted by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund.
Several Obligations of the Funds. With respect to any obligations of the Funds and their related accounts arising hereunder, the Custodian shall look for payment or satisfaction of any such obligation solely to the assets and property of the Fund and such accounts to which such obligation relates as though each investment company had separately contracted with the Custodian by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund and its accounts. The Custodian and each Subcustodian realize that the Fund is comprised of one or more Series. The Custodian and each Subcustodian agree that it will honor and abide by any and all Instructions or notices which the Custodian or Subcustodian may receive from time to time from the Fund with respect to designating, marking, allocating or otherwise attributing securities to or for the benefit of any one Series. 38362-4 11/22/2016

With respect to any obligation of the Trust on behalf of any Fund arising out of this Agreement, the Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though the Bank had separately contracted with the Trust by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund.

This Agreement is executed on behalf of the relevant entities and not in the individual capacity of the individual(s) signing the Agreement, and the obligations of this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Customer’s Trustees, officers or shareholders personally but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Customer. With respect to the obligations of each Fund arising hereunder, Bank shall look for payment or satisfaction of any such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund which such obligation relates as though Bank had separately contracted by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund, and in no event shall Bank have recourse, by set off or otherwise, to or against any assets of any other Fund.

Several Obligations of the Funds. This Agreement is executed on behalf of the Trust and not on behalf of the Board or Trustees personally or individually. The obligations of this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Trustees, officers or shareholders personally but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Trust and Funds. With respect to the obligations of each Fund arising hereunder, X.X. Xxxxxx shall look for payment or satisfaction of any such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though X.X. Xxxxxx had separately contracted by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund, and in no event shall X.X. Xxxxxx have recourse, by set-off or otherwise, to or against any assets of any other Funds. Upon request of X.X. Xxxxxx, the Trust shall promptly inform X.X. Xxxxxx of the proper attribution amongst the Funds of any outstanding obligations due hereunder. X.X. Xxxxxx may rely on such allocation stipulated by the Trust without further inquiry or liability.

The Company is a series company with multiple series, the Funds, and has entered into this Agreement on behalf of those series, as amended from time to time on notice to the Administrator. With respect to any obligation of the Company on behalf of any Fund arising hereunder, the Administrator shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligations solely to the assets and property of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though the Company had separately contracted with the Administrator by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund. In addition, this Agreement may be terminated with respect to one or more Funds without affecting the rights, duties or obligations of any of the other Funds.

The Trust is a series company with multiple series, the Funds, and has entered into this Agreement on behalf of those series, as amended from time to time on notice to the Fund Accountant. With respect to any obligation of the Trust on behalf of any Fund arising hereunder, the Fund Accountant shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligations solely to the assets and property of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though the Trust had separately contracted with the Fund Accountant by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund. In addition, this Agreement may be terminated with respect to one or more Funds without affecting the rights, duties or obligations of any of the other Funds.

With respect to any obligation of the Trust on behalf of any Fund arising out of this Agreement, BNY shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though BNY had separately contracted with the Trust by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund.
Several Obligations of the Funds. This Agreement is an agreement entered into between the Delegate and the Trust with respect to each Fund. With respect to any obligation of the Trust on behalf of any Fund arising out of this Agreement, the Delegate shall look for payment or satisfaction of such obligation solely to the assets of the Fund to which such obligation relates as though the Delegate had separately contracted with the Fund by separate written instrument with respect to each Fund.
