Settlement of Disagreements. 8.01 In the event the JJEC is unable to reach agreement on any matter relating to the interpretation, application or administration of the Joint Job Evaluation Program, the co- chairpersons of the Committee shall request, within ten (10) working days, that each party designate an advisor to meet with the Committee and attempt to assist in reaching a decision.
