Sessional Instructional Assistants. Effective November 1, 2017, the minimum hourly rate shall be: $44.21 Effective September 1, 2018, the minimum hourly rate shall be: $45.10 Effective September 1, 2019, the minimum hourly rate shall be: $46.00 Effective September 1, 2020, the minimum hourly rate shall be: $46.92 The rate of pay for Sessional Instructional Assistants shall include an additional 4% as vacation pay, payable with each pay.
