Service Recognition Leave. a) An Employee who has completed fifteen (15) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s sixteenth (16th) year of service.
