Seniority Rosters. No later than November 30 and May 31 of each year Appointing Authorities shall prepare and post on all employee bulletin boards seniority rosters and two (2) copies shall be furnished to the Local Union. Alternatively, seniority rosters may be posted and distributed electronically. The rosters shall list each employee in the order of Classification Seniority and reflect each employee's date of Classification Seniority, date of State Seniority, and the date of Classification Seniority and class title for all classes in which the employee previously served.
