Seniority Frozen. Seniority shall be frozen for a bargaining unit member upon transfer to a non-bargaining unit position within the North Muskegon Public Schools or upon taking an unpaid leave of absence in excess of thirty (30) calendar days. If that bargaining unit member later returns to a bargaining unit position, she shall pick up her seniority from where it was frozen when she left the bargaining unit. No seniority will be given for the time she worked in the non-unit position.
