TRANSFER DURING TRIAL SERVICE Sample Clauses

The 'Transfer During Trial Service' clause defines the conditions under which an employee may be transferred to a different position or department while they are still within their initial probationary or trial period. Typically, this clause outlines the process for initiating a transfer, such as requiring management approval or specifying that the transfer does not reset the trial period unless otherwise stated. For example, an employee who is not a good fit for their current role may be moved to another department to better match their skills. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility for both the employer and employee during the trial period, ensuring that the organization can optimize workforce placement while still evaluating new hires.
