Common use of Seniority for Employees Clause in Contracts

Seniority for Employees. (a) A seniority list for employees will be established for all employees who have completed their probationary period of employment per 12.01(b). It is agreed that such seniority list shall be revised and posted quarterly and a copy filed with the Union. This list will include the name of the employee, his/her classification and the last date of hire which shall be their seniority date.
