Changes in Which Seniority is Modified. Mutual exchanges may be made only between full-time Motor Vehicle Service employees who are the same level and have the same occupational code. The seniority for Motor Vehicle Craft employees, who are reassigned between installations as a result of a mutual exchange in accordance with applicable provisions of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM), will be established for both employees as that of the junior employee involved.

  • Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Expected or actual funding may be withdrawn, reduced, or limited prior to the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement. The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.

  • Acceptable Modifications 8. This Guaranty shall be binding upon the Guarantor and upon its successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Guaranteed Party and their successors and assigns; provided, however, that the Guarantor may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Guaranteed Party, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.   • MINOR CHANGES IN THE WORK 7.4.1 The Architect will have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving adjustment in the Contract Sum or extension of the Contract Time and not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.
