Senior Discount. BC Ferries will provide discounts to those seniors, who are 65 or older, and produce a valid BC Gold Carecard or BC Services Card as follows:
Senior Discount. To receive the senior discount, the CITY shall provide 46 CONTRACTOR with the names and addresses of qualified seniors. CONTRACTOR may 1 require SFD Service Recipient to re-qualify each twelve (12) months. CONTRACTOR shall 2 invoice SFD Service Recipients qualifying for the senior discount at the rates set forth in Exhibit 3 1.
Senior Discount. The Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on the Basic Service tier to all senior citizens, age 65 and older, who are heads-of-households in the Town and Medicaid eligible. In order to receive such discount, persons must present evidence of their eligibility for such discount to the Licensee.
Senior Discount. The Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on the Standard Service Package to all heads of households, age sixty-two (62) or older for the term of this Renewal License.
Senior Discount. A Residential account holder who is at least 65 years old shall receive a thirty percent (30%) per month discount provided that they prove to the Contractor that their household qualifies under the Illinois Homestead Exemption Program. The qualified Senior citizen rate is set forth in Appendix E. Residents who are registered for the senior discount before April 1, 2015, and who continue to qualify, will receive a 50% discount for the term of the Agreement provided they prove to the Contractor that the Residential account qualifies for this discount.
Senior Discount. (a) Within six (6) months of the Effective Date of this Renewal License, the Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on basic broadcast level of service to all heads of households, age sixty-five (65) or older, (i) who are Medicaid eligible at their permanent residence or (ii) who meet the criteria for subsidized housing. In order to qualify for such discount, affected senior citizens must present evidence of such eligibility to the Licensee.
Senior Discount. Upon expiration of the Social Contract, the Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on the Basic Broadcast Service tier to any head of household, age sixty- five (65) years or older and who is Medicaid eligible or resides in public housing. Said discount shall not be externalized.
Senior Discount. Within six (6) months of execution of this license, the Licensee shall offer a five percent (5%) discount on the Standard Service Package to all heads of households, age sixty-five (65) or older, at their permanent residence. In order to qualify for such a discount, senior citizens must present evidence of such eligibility to the Licensee.
Senior Discount. The Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on the Basic Broadcast Service tier to all heads of household, age sixty-five (65) or older, who are also eligible for Medicaid benefits at their permanent residence. In order to qualify for such a discount, senior citizens must present evidence of such eligibility to the Licensee. Notwithstanding the foregoing provision, any individual person receiving a senior citizen discount on his/her Cable Service prior to the Effective Date of this Renewal License will continue to receive the same level of discount.
Senior Discount. The Licensee shall offer of ten percent (10%) discount on the Standard Service Package to all heads of households, age sixty-five (65) or older, at their permanent residence. For purposes of this Section, and this Section only, head of household status shall be proven by presenting to the Licensee one of the following documents each of which shall contain the name of the applicant 1) a canceled rent check, 2) a property tax bill, 3) a mortgage bill, 4) a fully executed apartment lease agreement, or 5) a utility bill. In order to qualify for such a discount, senior citizens must present evidence of such eligibility to the Licensee.
