SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT Sample Clauses

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT. Within six (6) months of the Effective Date of this Renewal License, the Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on the Basic Broadcast level or component of service to all head of household, age sixty-five (65) or older who are also Medicaid or SSI eligible at their permanent residence. In order to qualify for such discount affected seniors must present evidence of such eligibility to Licensee. Notwithstanding the foregoing provision, any residents of senior housing eligible for discounts in accordance with discounts provided to residents of such housing under the prior license or individual persons receiving a senior citizen discount on his/her Cable Service prior to the Effective Date of this Renewal License will continue to receive the same level of discount.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT. The Licensee shall provide all senior citizen Subscribers in Westford (age 62 years and older) who do not purchase any Discounted Premium Service Package, with a two dollar ($2.00) per month discount on their monthly bill. Notice of said entitlement shall be included with the bill from time to time. Said notice shall describe the means for Subscribers to document proof of age to the Licensee so as to apply for this discount.
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT. In the event that the Licensee adopts a statewide senior citizen discount program, the Licensee shall implement such a discount program in Wellfleet.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT. Franchisee will offer a discounted rate for Solid Waste, Landscape Waste, and Recyclable Materials collection to Customers over the age of 65 in the amount set forth in Attachment A, Schedule of Rates and Charges. Franchisee will provide this Senior Citizen Discount to any Customer who requests the discount and provides the Franchisee with proof of eligibility in the form of a valid state-issued driver's license or identification card, Social Security Card, or United States passport.
