Name of the Company The name of the Company shall be “MARSTE, LLC”. The Company may do business under that name and under any other name or names upon which the Manager may, in such Manager’s sole discretion, determine. If the Company does business under a name other than that set forth in its Articles of Organization, then the Company shall file a fictitious name registration as required by law.
SEC Filings and the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act (a) The Company has filed with or furnished to the SEC, and made available to Parent, all reports, schedules, forms, statements, prospectuses, registration statements and other documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company since January 1, 2008 (collectively, together with any exhibits and schedules thereto and other information incorporated therein, the "Company SEC Documents").

Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer.
