Security of Access Code (Password. The access code is your Password you select for your security. Your Password is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded. You are responsible for safekeeping your Password. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your Password or Wireless Device for Mobile Banking available to anyone not authorized by you to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to have or use your Password or Wireless Device, you understand that person may use the Online Banking, Mobile Banking or Bill Pay service to access and review all of your account information and execute account transactions. Therefore, we are entitled to act on transaction instructions received using your Password and you agree that the use of your Password will have the same effect as your signature authorizing transactions. If you authorize anyone to use your Password in any manner that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union and changing your Password immediately. You are responsible for any transactions made by such persons until you notify us that transactions and access by that person are no longer authorized and your Password is changed. If you fail to change your Password or maintain the security of your Password and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your electronic services immediately.

  • Security of Access Code You may use one (1) or more access codes with your electronic fund transfers. The access codes issued to you are for your security purposes. Any access codes issued to you are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded on or with the card. You are responsible for safekeeping your access codes. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your access codes available to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to use your access codes, that authority shall continue until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union. You understand that any joint owner you authorize to use an access code may withdraw or transfer funds from any of your accounts. If you fail to maintain the security of these access codes and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your EFT services immediately.

  • USE OF TBS ACCESS CODE (a) An Account Holder may operate the TBS in relation to his Account by using his TBS Access Code.

  • Government Code Claim Requirement No suit for money or damages may be brought against the City until a written claim therefor has been presented to and rejected by the City in conformity with the provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 10 and California Government Code Section 900, et seq. Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall operate to toll, waive or excuse Contractor’s compliance with the California Government Code Claim requirements set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 10 and California Government Code Section 900, et seq.

  • Security of State Information To the extent Contractor shall have access to, processes, handles, collects, transmits, stores or otherwise deals with State Data, the Contractor represents and warrants that it has implemented and it shall maintain during the term of this Master Agreement the highest industry standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and controls consistent with NIST Special Publication 800-53 (version 4 or higher) and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication 200 and designed to (i) ensure the security and confidentiality of State Data; (ii) protect against any anticipated security threats or hazards to the security or integrity of the State Data; and (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of State Data. Such measures shall include at a minimum: (1) access controls on information systems, including controls to authenticate and permit access to State Data only to authorized individuals and controls to prevent the Contractor employees from providing State Data to unauthorized individuals who may seek to obtain this information (whether through fraudulent means or otherwise); (2) industry-standard firewall protection; (3) encryption of electronic State Data while in transit from the Contractor networks to external networks; (4) measures to store in a secure fashion all State Data which shall include multiple levels of authentication; (5) dual control procedures, segregation of duties, and pre-employment criminal background checks for employees with responsibilities for or access to State Data; (6) measures to ensure that the State Data shall not be altered or corrupted without the prior written consent of the State; (7) measures to protect against destruction, loss or damage of State Data due to potential environmental hazards, such as fire and water damage; (8) staff training to implement the information security measures; and (9) monitoring of the security of any portions of the Contractor systems that are used in the provision of the services against intrusion on a twenty-four (24) hour a day basis.

  • SECURITY CODES If the Custodian issues to the Company security codes, passwords or test keys in order that it may verify that certain transmissions of information, including Proper Instructions, have been originated by the Company, the Company shall take all commercially reasonable steps to safeguard any security codes, passwords, test keys or other security devices which the Custodian shall make available.

  • DISCLOSURE OF TBS ACCESS CODE TO THIRD PARTY (a) The Account Holder must exercise all care to ensure that the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any person and shall take all steps to prevent forgery or fraud in connection with the use of his TBS Access Code and/or the operation of the TBS. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code.

  • CANCELLATION OF TBS ACCESS CODE The Account Holder may cancel his TBS Access Code by giving notice to the Bank in writing or in any other manner as may be determined by the Bank, and such notice shall only be effective upon actual receipt thereof by the relevant officer-in-charge at the Bank.

  • Security Procedures The Fund shall comply with data access operating standards and procedures and with user identification or other password control requirements and other security procedures as may be issued from time to time by State Street for use of the System on a remote basis and to access the Data Access Services. The Fund shall have access only to the Fund Data and authorized transactions agreed upon from time to time by State Street and, upon notice from State Street, the Fund shall discontinue remote use of the System and access to Data Access Services for any security reasons cited by State Street; provided, that, in such event, State Street shall, for a period not less than 180 days (or such other shorter period specified by the Fund) after such discontinuance, assume responsibility to provide accounting services under the terms of the Custodian Agreement.

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • Security Procedure The Client acknowledges that the Security Procedure it has designated on the Selection Form was selected by the Client from Security Procedures offered by State Street. The Client agrees that the Security Procedures are reasonable and adequate for its wire transfer transactions and agrees to be bound by any payment orders, amendments and cancellations, whether or not authorized, issued in its name and accepted by State Street after being confirmed by any of the selected Security Procedures. The Client also agrees to be bound by any other valid and authorized payment order accepted by State Street. The Client shall restrict access to confidential information relating to the Security Procedure to authorized persons as communicated in writing to State Street. The Client must notify State Street immediately if it has reason to believe unauthorized persons may have obtained access to such information or of any change in the Client’s authorized personnel. State Street shall verify the authenticity of all instructions according to the Security Procedure.
