Transaction Authorization. Under this Agreement, you are responsible for all transactions you authorize using any Electronic Services. If you permit other persons to use your Password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. However, you must notify us immediately if you believe anyone has used your Password and accessed your accounts without your authorization.
Transaction Authorization. By following our procedures for the transmission of check images through the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service and otherwise furnishing information necessary to execute Service transactions, you authorize us to credit deposits to your Mobile RDC Account or load funds to your Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, as provided in the terms of this Agreement. When you use the Service to load funds to your Mobile RDC Card, you agree that we, at our option, may handle the transaction in part as a check cashing transaction. If we determine to handle the transaction in this manner, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing and requesting us to cash the check you transmit to us and then to load the funds from that transaction to your Mobile RDC Card. Each time we accept a check image from you and credit a deposit to your Mobile RDC Account or load funds to your Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, you assign to us all of your right, title, and interest in and to the original check, with all available recourse against you (including, but not limited to, our right of chargeback to your Mobile RDC Account or Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, in the event of dishonor or nonpayment by the drawee), notwithstanding any restrictive, qualified, or conditional endorsement (including, but not limited to, any “without recourse” endorsement) you may apply to the check without direction or approval from us. Until such time as you dispose of the original check following the expiration of the Check Retention Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you will retain custody of the original check in trust for us.
Transaction Authorization. If you give your account number, card number, or access code to a third-party person, you authorize us to honor transactions initiated by the third person even if you did not specifically authorize a particular transaction.

If you permit other persons to use your Password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. However, you must notify us immediately if you believe anyone has used your Password and accessed your accounts without your authorization. All transactions that person performs are authorized transactions. If you notify us that the person is no longer authorized, then only transactions that person performs after the time you notify us are considered unauthorized.
Transaction Authorization. Each transaction using your TDB Visa Debit Card will require authorization from the Bank before they can proceed. When the Bank gives an authorization, it reduces the available balance in your Account equivalent to the Authorization Amount. Certain merchants, such as hotels and car rental agencies, may request confirmation that your Account has sufficient balance to meet the anticipated cost of goods/services to fulfil. A merchant may also request subsequent authorization to cover additional costs for services and/or goods availed which were not included in an earlier or prior authorization. Your TDB Visa Debit Card transactions shall be processed by the merchant, international network, and your Bank before it is posted to your Account. For transactions outside Tonga, the Bank shall compute the equivalent amount based on the exchange rate quoted by the international network at the time of posting of transaction, which may differ from the rate in effect during authorization. In the event the Authorization Amount is lower than the Posted Amount, you agree that any shortfall shall be automatically debited from your Account.
Transaction Authorization. You are responsible for all transfers you authorize using your Mobile Banking and Xxxx Pay services under this Agreement. If you permit other person(s) to use the service or access code, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. If you authorize anyone to use your Access code in any manner, that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union and changing your Access code immediately. You are responsible for any transactions made by such persons until you notify us that transactions and access by that person are no longer authorized and your Access code is changed. If you fail to change your Access code or maintain the security of your Access code and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your electronic services immediately. However, tell us at once if you believe anyone has used your Account, Card, or access code and accessed your account(s) without your authority. Telephoning us is the best way of keeping your possible losses down.
Transaction Authorization. The Client hereby grants to New West complete and unlimited discretionary authorization to enter into transactions with respect to the Client Account. Pursuant to such authorization, New West may, in its sole discretion, and at the Client's risk, purchase, sell, exchange, convert, and otherwise trade these securities and other investments in the Client Account and act on behalf of the Client in all matters necessary or incidental to the management of the Client Account and the Services.

If you permit other persons to use your password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. However, you must notify us immediately if you believe anyone has used your password and accessed your accounts without your authorization. All transactions that person performs are authorized transactions. If you notify us that the person is no longer authorized, then only transactions that person performs after the time you notify us are considered unauthorized.
Transaction Authorization. You agree that we may honor any transaction requested by you or any authorized signer. You must inform us in writing when you choose to withdraw the transaction authority of any authorized signer.
Transaction Authorization. Your Card may be used to authorize transactions up to the amount of funds available in your Balance Account. Check the amount of funds available in your Balance Account by logging into your PayPal Account if you are not sure whether there are enough funds for a transaction. If you add funds to your Balance Account, we will make a corresponding increase in your Card’s available spending balance. If the amount of any transaction, inclusive of any fees charged by us, PayPal, or by any third party (for example, an individual ATM operator) exceeds your Card’s available spending balance, your transaction will be declined. If a transaction occurs that exceeds the record of value available to your Card that we are unable or otherwise fail to decline, you agree to repay the excess amount promptly.
