Security and Other Requirements. School shall be responsible for informing RH, its agents, employees and subcontractors, of any security or other usage requirements governing School's buildings as established by School from time to time, RH, and its agents, employees and subcontractors, shall comply with such restrictions as set forth by School and communicated by School to RH. Any clearances as required will be obtained as the trainer will be working with students. Penn Delco schools will dictate any use of their property.
Security and Other Requirements. (a) It is a condition of their employment that an Engineer, prior to their employment, be entitled to obtain and then maintain a current Toll Australia-wide ASIC (or foreign ASIC equivalent for contracts conducted outside of Australia) in accordance with Company policies and applicable requirements of the relevant Government Department.
