Section 8.11.2. 41 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 42 eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to 43 one (1) day's current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 44 for illness or injury.
