Common use of Seasonal Re-Hire Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Re-Hire. Absent an unsatisfactory performance rating, Seasonal Employees will have preferential opportunity for subsequent Seasonal employment in the same department and classification. Re-hire of Seasonal employees can be accomplished directly between the MOA and the re-hire candidate by name call through Local 367 Union Hall.
