Scope of these terms. These terms set out the basis on which we will provide the services referred to in the Agreement to you where you are acting as agent for each Counterparty. Where you are acting for your own account the supplemental terms set out in this Module shall not apply.

These terms are supplemental to the Agreement and in the event of a conflict between these terms and the Agreement, these terms will prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, the “you” in these terms refer to you as agent acting for a Counterparty.
