Common use of SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such number of school buses and personnel as are required to fulfill District’s needs for pupil transportation services as described in the Specifications for Pupil Transportation Services, see Appendix B which is incorporated in this Agreement.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such number of school buses (in quantity and capacity) and personnel as are required to fulfill District’s the needs for pupil transportation services as described in the Specifications for Pupil Transportation Services, see Appendix B which is incorporated in this AgreementNewberg School District if driver staffing and equipment resources permit.

Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such number of school buses and personnel as are required to fulfill District’s 's needs for pupil transportation services as described in the document named Bus Transportation Specifications for Pupil Transportation Servicesand Conditions, see Appendix B Exhibit B, which is incorporated by reference in this Agreement.

The Contractor shall, during the term of this the Agreement, supply and maintain such number of school buses buses, in quantity and capacity, and personnel as are required to fulfill the District’s needs for pupil transportation services “Basic Transportation” and “Supplemental Transportation” as described in the Specifications for Pupil Transportation Services, see Appendix B which is incorporated in this Agreementset forth herein.
