Compensation Following Termination of Employment In the event that Executive's employment hereunder is terminated, Executive shall be entitled to the following compensation and benefits upon such termination:
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT; EFFECT OF TERMINATION (a) The Term of Employment may be terminated by the Company at any time:
CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be eff ected and the basis for settlement. (All contracts in excess of $10,000) Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for cause after giving the vendor an appropriate opportunity an d up to 30 days, to cure the causal breach of terms and conditions. ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for convenience with 30 days notice in writing to the awarded vendor. The vendor would be compensated for work performed and goods procured as of the termination date if for convenience of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members. Any award under this procurement process is not exclusive and the ESC Region 8 and TIPS reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other vendors when it is in the best interest of t he ESC Region 8 and TIPS. Termination of Employment for Cause If Optionee’s employment with the Bancorp or a subsidiary corporation is terminated for cause, this option shall expire thirty (30) days from the date of such termination. Termination for cause shall include, but not be limited to, termination for malfeasance or gross misfeasance in the performance of duties or conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude, and, in any event, the determination of the Board of Directors with respect thereto shall be final and conclusive.
Voluntary Termination; Termination for Cause If Executive’s employment with the Company terminates voluntarily by Executive or for “Cause” by the Company, then (i) all vesting of the Option will terminate immediately and all payments of compensation by the Company to Executive hereunder will terminate immediately (except as to amounts already earned), and (ii) Executive will only be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with the Company’s established policies as then in effect.
Effect of Termination of Employment The provisions of this Section 6 shall apply in the event of termination of Executive’s employment, pursuant to Section 5, or otherwise.
Notice of Termination of Employment 2601 Employment may be terminated voluntarily by a nurse or for just cause by the Employer subject to the following periods of written notice, exclusive of any vacation due:
Termination of Employment Following a Change in Control Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.3 hereof to the contrary, if the Employee’s employment by the Company is terminated by the Company in accordance with the terms of Section 4 of the Termination Agreement and the Employee is entitled to benefits provided in Section 5 of the Termination Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Employee, in a lump sum in cash within 30 days after the Date of Termination, the aggregate of the Employee’s Base Salary (as in effect on the Date of Termination) through the Date of Termination, if not theretofore paid, and, in the case of compensation previously deferred by the Employee, all amounts of such compensation previously deferred shall be paid in accordance with the plan documents governing such deferral. Except with respect to the obligations set for forth in the Termination Agreement, notwithstanding any provisions herein to the contrary, all other obligations of the Company and rights of the Employee hereunder shall terminate effective as of the Date of Termination.
Termination for Cause; Voluntary Termination If at any time during the Term the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Section 4.6 or 4.7, the Executive shall be entitled to only the following:
Termination for Cause; Resignation Without Good Reason If the Company terminates Executive’s employment with the Company for Cause, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, then Executive will not be entitled to any further compensation from the Company (other than accrued salary, and accrued and unused vacation, through Executive’s last day of employment), including severance pay, pay in lieu of notice or any other such compensation.
