Scope of Contract. 5.1 At all times during the Contract Period the Contractor shall be an independent contractor and nothing in the Contract shall be construed as creating a partnership, a contract of employment or a relationship of principal and agent between the Authority and the Contractor and accordingly neither Party shall be authorised to act in the name of, or on behalf of, or otherwise bind the other Party save as expressly permitted by the terms of the Contract.
