Common use of Scope of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Scope of Bargaining Unit. The City agrees to bargain exclusively with the Union in respect to employees of the City forming part of the Bargaining Unit so long as the Union remains the certified bargaining representative. The employees included in the Bargaining Unit are those as defined by the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) Order No. 10270-U issued May 31, 2012.
