SAVINGS ACCOUNT AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURES. This agreement contains the Consumer Savings Account Agreement (the "Agreement) for the interest-bearing savings account ("Savings Account" or "Account") made available to eligible consumers by Xxxxxx Bank (the “Bank”), member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"). Revolut Technologies Inc. maintains the platform through which you access the Account. ("Platform"). Platform is the program partner responsible for providing customer service to you. "We", "our", and "us" refer to the Bank, our successors, affiliates, or assignees. "You" and "your" refer to the owner of the Savings Account. You may submit a request to open a Savings Account by using the Platform mobile application (the "Mobile App"). The Savings Account will be linked to your account on the Platform (the “Platform Account”) and is not designed for business use. We may close the account if we determine it is being used for business purposes. We may refuse to process any transaction(s) we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement or applicable law. Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.   • AGREEMENTS AND DISCLOSURES The Agreements and Disclosures provided to You at the time You opened Your Account and referred to throughout this Agreement, contain: (a) a list of fees and charges applicable to Your Account;

  • Uses and Disclosures Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Contractor may receive from the Exchange Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information in connection with Contractor Exchange Functions that is protected under applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.   • MAINTENANCE OF CLASSROOM CONTROL AND DISCIPLINE A. When, in the judgment of a teacher, a student is, by behavior, seriously disrupting the instructional program to the detriment of other students, the teacher may exclude the student temporarily from the classroom and refer the student to the building administrator for appropriate intervention. At the request of the referring teacher, an administrator will communicate the status of a disciplinary action within two (2) work days of the request.

  • Financial Security Arrangements At least 20 Business Days prior to the commencement of the design, procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades, the Interconnection Customer shall provide the Connecting Transmission Owner, at the Interconnection Customer’s option, a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to the Connecting Transmission Owner and is consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code of the jurisdiction where the Point of Interconnection is located. Such security for payment shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the costs for constructing, designing, procuring, and installing the applicable portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades and shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis for payments made to the Connecting Transmission Owner under this Agreement during its term. The Connecting Transmission Owner may draw on any such security to the extent that the Interconnection Customer fails to make any payments due under this Agreement. In addition:

  • Indemnity for Personality Agreements Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend TIPS, TIPS Member(s), officers and employees, from and against all claims and suits for damages, injuries to persons (including death), property damages, losses, and expenses including court costs and attorney’s fees, arising out of, or resulting from, Vendor’s performance of this Agreement or sales made to TIPS Members under this agreement , including all such causes of action based upon common, constitutional, or statutory law, or based in whole or in part, upon allegations of negligent or intentional acts on the part of the Vendor, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensees, invitees, unless such claims are based in whole upon the negligent acts or omissions of the TIPS, TIPS Member(s), officers, employees, or agents. If based in part upon the negligent acts or omissions of the TIPS, TIPS Member(s), officers, employees, or agents, Vendor shall be responsible for their proportional share of theclaim.
