Eligible Consumers definition

Eligible Consumers means individuals whose legal address in their Google payments profile was in one of the States when they purchased an app from Google Play or made an in-app purchase (including subscriptions) through Google Play Billing from August 16, 2016 through September 30, 2023.
Eligible Consumers mean natural persons who purchased, directly or indirectly, any of the drugs specified in the Action and the two other actions brought by the States pending in the States’ Actions, whether through a cash payment in the absence of insurance, or through insurance, paid a co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance payment.
Eligible Consumers means all Card Members who enrolled in Account Assure or Account Assure Pro, or both, between January 1, 2008 and September 30, 2014 and who are determined to be entitled to restitution in accordance with the Account Assure Product Restitution Plan.

  • The Competitive Supplier shall be responsible for enrolling all Eligible Consumers through EDI transactions submitted to the LDC for all enrollments of Eligible Consumers during the Term.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any such error or omission resulted in the omission of Eligible Consumers from initial notification by the Competitive Supplier, upon becoming aware of such omission, the Competitive Supplier shall promptly provide All- Requirements Power supply to such consumers on the same terms and conditions available to Eligible Consumers as of the date on which the Competitive Supplier receives notice of such omission.
