The Site The site of the Bus Terminal shall comprise the real estate described in Schedule-A and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the “Site”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that references to the Site shall be construed as references to the real estate required for the Bus Terminals as set forth in Schedule-A and includes Commercial Complex.
Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.
Signage Tenant shall have the exclusive right, at Tenant's sole cost and expense (including, but not limited to, all costs of design, construction and installation), to install one or more signs (which may, at Tenant's election, be illuminated) on the Building, subject to (i) the issuance of all necessary consents, licenses and approvals from Fairfax County, and (ii) Landlord's prior written consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed); provided that, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit Landlord from granting another occupant of the Building the right to have monument signage or Building directory listings. All signs erected by Tenant pursuant to the provisions hereof shall be erected at Tenant's own risk and expense (including final electrical connections and time clock), shall be in accordance with applicable law, and shall only contain the Tenant's name and/or corporate logo. Tenant shall maintain said signs in a good state of repair and save the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage as a result of the construction, installation, maintenance, existence or removal of the same, and Tenant shall repair any damage which may have been caused by the construction, installation, operation, existence, maintenance or removal of such signs. Upon vacating the Premises, Tenant shall remove all such signs and repair all damage caused by the installation, operation and/or removal thereof, at the Tenant's sole expense. No third party shall have any signage rights whatsoever to the Property at any time Tenant is leasing the entire Building.
Signaling Link Transport 10.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two (2) or four (4) dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between PLI designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.
Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.
