Tenant shall maintain said signs in a good state of repair and save the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage as a result of the construction, installation, maintenance, existence or removal of the same, and Tenant shall repair any damage which may have been caused by the construction, installation, operation, existence, maintenance or removal of such signs. Upon vacating the Premises, Tenant shall remove all such signs and repair all damage caused by the installation, operation and/or removal thereof, at the Tenant's sole expense. No third party shall have any signage rights whatsoever to the Property at any time Tenant is leasing the entire Building.
