Salary and Time Commitment. The student will spend 37.5 hours at the Internship site for each academic credit earned. A student can earn up to 12 academic credits for an internship. The faculty member and the academic department will decide the number of credits earned based on the scope of the internship. Time credit can be given for work done away from the workplace if agreed to by the faculty of the University and Field Placement Site. The faculty member will direct the student in terms of keeping a journal/log of the hours spent at the site, and the type of activity/work performed.

  • Part-Time Commitment The Hospital shall not refuse to accept an offer from an employee to make a written commitment to be available for work on a regular predetermined basis solely for the purpose of utilizing casual employees so as to restrict the numbers of regular part-time employees.

  • Time Commitment The Advisor shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents to, devote to the Company such time as shall be reasonably necessary to conduct the business and affairs of the Company in an appropriate manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that the Advisor and its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents may also engage in activities unrelated to the Company and may provide services to Persons other than the Company or any of its Affiliates.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • Salary and Allowances A Teacher on part-time assignment shall be paid according to the salary schedule and allowances in this Collective Agreement, pro-rated unless otherwise specified in this agreement.
