Common use of Safety Work Shoes/Boots Clause in Contracts

Safety Work Shoes/Boots. Subject to 4 (a) the Company agrees to reimburse an employee for the cost of C.S.A. approved work shoes/boots, upon presentation of a receipt for same, with a limit of one (1) pair every contract cycle (such contract cycle to be calculated between February 1st to January 31st during the duration of this Agreement) as follows:
