Electric shall arrange to provide electric supply for low-income customers who are no longer eligible to receive service under the standard offer and not adequately supplied by the market because they are unable to obtain or retain electric service from competitive power suppliers. Service under this provision shall be made available under rates, terms and conditions approved by the Department. Mass. Service under this provision shall be made available under rates, terms and conditions approved by the Department. Boston Edison shall fully recover the reasonable costs it incurs in arranging this service.

Service under this provision shall be made available at prices, terms, and conditions approved by the Department. The Company shall fully recover the reasonable costs it incurs in arranging this service. MINIMUM CHARGE The minimum charge per month is the Customer Charge. METER READING AND BILLING Bills calculated under this rate schedule are payable when presented and shall be rendered monthly; however, the Company reserves the right to read meters and render bills on bimonthly basis. When bills are rendered bimonthly, the Customer Charge shall be multiplied by two.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site.   • Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union recognize the role of the joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee in promoting a safe and healthful workplace. The parties agree that a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Collective Agreement. The Committee shall govern itself in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act. The Committee shall be as between the Employer and the Union, with equal representation, and with each party appointing its own representatives.
