Meter Reading. At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.
Meter Reading. In accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices, the Servicer shall obtain consumption measurements for each Customer or determine any Customer’s consumption on the basis of estimates in accordance with Commission Regulations.

Meter Reading. Customer may report meters either by phone, email, facsimile, or ImageNet Consulting, LLC on-line web-reporting tool. ImageNet Consulting, LLC may activate and use monitoring software to provide meter readings as well as report service issues and provide supply levels for networked equipment. A key Customer contact will be responsible for providing access to allow ImageNet Consulting, LLC to collect meters when needed. If no meter is received, ImageNet Consulting, LLC reserves the right to utilize past meters to estimate any required meter in order to process billing. 6.
Meter Reading. The meter reading necessary to determine the net amount of electrical energy produced and consumed by the Member-Generator shall be conducted by the Cooperative monthly. The term “monthly” for billing purposes shall mean the period between any two consecutive regular readings by Cooperative for the meter(s) at the Member-Generator's System, such readings to be taken as nearly as may be practicable every thirty (30) days. Member-Generator shall supply, without cost to Cooperative, an accessible and suitable location, as mutually agreed to between Member-Generator and Cooperative, for the meter(s) used for billing, load research and emergency disconnection equipment. All meters used for billing, load research and emergency disconnection equipment shall be accessible at all times to Cooperative personnel.
Meter Reading. The Company is responsible for reading the Customer’s meter. In the event an actual meter reading cannot be obtained, the Company shall estimate the Customer’s consumption for billing purposes in accordance with its tariff and with Commission regulations.
Meter Reading. Seller shall read the Meter at the end of each Billing Month and shall record the Output delivered to Purchaser. The Meter shall be used as the basis for calculating the amounts to be invoiced pursuant to Section 10. Purchaser shall have access to the metered energy output data via the online monitoring system installed and maintained by Seller as part of the System. In addition, upon request, Seller shall provide to Purchaser hardcopy records from the Meter.
Meter Reading. 30.1. Framework Public Bodies will be encouraged to submit automated meter readings direct from each networked product to the Contractor. The Contractor must also be able to accept manual meter readings as otherwise agreed with the Framework Public Body.
