Essential Service. It is understood and agreed that the services performed by the employees included in this Agreement are essential to the public health, safety and welfare. The Union, therefore, agrees that there shall be no interruption to the work for any cause whatsoever, nor shall there be any work slowdown or other interference with these services.
Essential Service. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or any employee, for any reason, will authorize, institute, aid, condone or engage in a slowdown, work stoppage, strike, sympathy strike, or any other interference with the work and statutory functions or obligations of the Employer. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Employer nor its agents for any reason shall authorize, institute, aid, or promote any lockout of employees covered by this Agreement, unless there is a violation of this Article.
Essential Service. Contractor acknowledges that it provides an essential service, and that while provision of Collection service during or following a disaster may be affected by impacts to facilities, equipment, and/or public infrastructure, Contractor is obligated to take all measures necessary to provide such service in a timely and effective manner in compliance with this Agreement., Section 10.7 notwithstanding.
Essential Service i. Essential service builds upon the features of Premier Cloud Support to improve system availability, issue prevention, and platform enablement.
Essential Service. The parties agree that the service is an Essential Service for the protection of the public and that the service may not be suspended during the resolution of any dispute referred to in section 13.1. In the event of a labour dispute which disrupts, or threatens to disrupt, the operation of the FOCC the City shall immediately apply to the BC Labor Relations Board for a declaration that the FOCC employees perform an Essential Service.

They are funded directly from the Strategic Management or School Improvement sections of the Children’s Services Budget and are not charged to schools, regardless of the service options which they choose to purchase. The services are: ⮚ Central financial monitoring. ⮚ Financial updates on essential services e.g. change in banking supplier. ⮚ Processing of grants. ⮚ Processing of occasional sundry income e.g. donations ⮚ As part of the Council’s website to include information that the Schools may find of use and assistance e.g. change of contacts for Schools Finance Support Team, Schools’ Financial Practices and Procedures and other guidance and information. ⮚ Information on corporate annual financial procedures e.g. closure of accounts ⮚ Proactive advice via email on common system problems, system or procedural changes, not already advised via other means e.g. Business World Team, DfE website. ⮚ Attendance at business managers officers’ conferences / meetings as required and subject to availability. ⮚ Financial monitoring of information supplied / requested for schools causing concern or in a deficit budget situation. ⮚ Support following identification of a specific need as requested by the Service Director, Children, Families and Education. ⮚ Processing of business world journals between one school and another.
Essential Service. Essential Service. In the event of a strike, the Employer shall provide child protection services in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Relations Act (1992) as amended from time to time. It is agreed that the president of the local shall not be a replacement service provider.
Essential Service. 15.01 The parties agreed that fifteen (15) days after the notice to bargain is given an essential service agreement shall be finalized and if the parties are unable to reach such an agreement, notice shall be given to the Minister of Labour.
