Safeguard of Password, PIN and Account Number. For the protection of the integrity of the Client’s Account, the Client will create a password and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access the Client’s Account. The Client acknowledges, represents and warrants that the Client is the sole and exclusive owner(s) and authorized user(s) of such password and PIN. The Client accepts the full responsibility for monitoring and safeguarding the integrity and security of the Client’s password, PIN and Account number. The Client will immediately notify GTJAF in writing, if the Client becomes aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of the Client’s password, PIN and/or Account number. In the absence of such notification, GTJAF is not liable for any consequential damage in connection therewith.

The Client acknowledges, represents and warrants that the Client is the sole and exclusive owner and authorised user of such password and PIN. The Client accepts full responsibility for monitoring and safeguarding the integrity and security of the Client's password, PIN and the Account Number. The Client shall immediately notify GTJAFX in writing if the Client becomes aware of any loss, theft or unauthorised use of the Client's password, PIN or the Account. GTJAFX shall not be liable for any loss or damage (consequential or otherwise) in connection with such loss, theft or unauthorised use whatsoever.

  • Usernames and Passwords 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

  • User IDs and Password Controls All users must be issued a unique user name for accessing DHCS PHI or PI. Username must be promptly disabled, deleted, or the password changed upon the transfer or termination of an employee with knowledge of the password, at maximum within 24 hours.   • Record Retention and Access The Contractor shall maintain books, records and documents in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures and which sufficiently and properly document and calculate all charges billed to the State throughout the term of the Contract for a period of at least five (5) years following the date of final payment or completion of any required audit, whichever is later. Records to be maintained include both financial records and service records. The Contractor shall permit the Auditor of the State of Georgia or any authorized representative of the State Entity, and where federal funds are involved, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any other authorized representative of the United States government, to access and examine, audit, excerpt and transcribe any directly pertinent books, documents, papers, electronic or optically stored and created records or other records of the Contractor relating to orders, invoices or payments or any other documentation or materials pertaining to the Contract, wherever such records may be located during normal business hours. The Contractor shall not impose a charge for audit or examination of the Contractor’s books and records. If an audit discloses incorrect xxxxxxxx or improprieties, the State reserves the right to charge the Contractor for the cost of the audit and appropriate reimbursement.   • Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer with Customer Assumed Risk customer number and password. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID's. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.   • User ID and Password You will be assigned a personal User ID and a Password that you will use to obtain access to the Online Banking.
