Safe Place of Work. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel at the DRILLING UNIT. All personnel at the DRILLING UNIT are required to comply with the CONTRACTOR's efforts to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment at the DRILLING UNIT. In the performance of the WORK, the CONTRACTOR shall, as a minimum, observe standards of safe work performance. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for co-ordinating the work of its employees, agents, SUBCONTRACTORS, and visitors to the CONTRACTOR, and advising such persons, as well as the COMPANY’s employees, agents, subcontractors and visitors, that they must comply with the CONTRACTOR's health, safety and environmental systems whilst at the DRILLING UNIT. The CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a health, safety and environmental system at the DRILLING UNIT which will include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

  • Place of Work Your normal place of work is at the School, or at any premises used from time to time by the School, unless Your duties take You elsewhere. The Governing Body reserves the right to require You to work at such other place or places as it may reasonably require from time to time subject to the provision of reasonable notice. You will not usually be required to work outside of the United Kingdom.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • PLACE AND CONDITION OF WORK The City shall provide the Contractor access to the sites where the Contractor is to perform the services as required in order for the Contractor to perform the services in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with and subject to the applicable security laws, rules, and regulations. The Contractor acknowledges that it has satisfied itself as to the nature of the City’s service requirements and specifications, the location and essential characteristics of the work sites, the quality and quantity of materials, equipment, labor and facilities necessary to perform the services, and any other condition or state of fact which could in any way affect performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the contract. The Contractor hereby releases and holds the City harmless from and against any liability or claim for damages of any kind or nature if the actual site or service conditions differ from expected conditions. The contractor shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions for the safety of their employees, City Staff, participants and others on or near the City’s facilities.

  • ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. Subject to Article below:

  • Standard of Work All work to be performed by or for Tenant pursuant hereto shall be performed diligently and in a first class, workmanlike manner, and in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules of any public authority having jurisdiction over the Premises and/or Tenant and Landlord’s insurance carriers. Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to inspect periodically the work on the Premises, and Landlord may require changes in the method or quality of the work.

  • Time and Place of the Closing If the conditions referred to in Article 9 and Article 10 have been satisfied or waived in writing, and subject to any extensions provided for herein, the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Xxxxx & Xxxx, L.L.P., whose address is 0000 Xxxxxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, at 10:00 a.m. Houston, Texas time on October 1, 2013, or such other date that is mutually agreed by the Parties or to which the Closing is postponed pursuant to this Agreement (the “Closing Date”).

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORK SCHEDULES 22.01 Except for employees subject to a particular work schedule according to clause 22.10, the duration of the regular work week is established at thirty-five (35) hours generally worked between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

  • Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.

  • Time and Place of Closing The closing of the transactions contemplated hereby (the "Closing") will take place at 9:00 A.M. on the date that the Effective Time occurs (or the immediately preceding day if the Effective Time is earlier than 9:00 A.M.), or at such other time as the Parties, acting through their authorized officers, may mutually agree. The Closing shall be held at such location as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

  • PLACE OF EXECUTION The execution of this Agreement shall be complete only upon its execution by the Promoter through its authorized signatory at the Promoter's Office, or at some other place, which may be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in after the Agreement is duly executed by the Allottee and the Promoter or simultaneously with the execution the said Agreement shall be registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar.
