Behaving safely is a fundamental part of every Lactalis employee’s responsibilities, thus, compliance with company safety principles and procedures is a condition of employment. In addition to regular safety updates, all parties commit to conducting combined information sessions to inform employees of their rights and responsibilities under the Lactalis rehabilitation policy, including that injured employees have the option to choose their own treating doctor or specialist.
