CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT/FLEXIBILITY. 9.1 General Work will be performed within the classification structure limited only by the following: . the employee's possessing any required licence or certificate; . an employee's competence to perform such work; . that the work can be performed safely, having regard to the individual and the organisation as a whole; and . all employees with certified training and work experience will undertake the main tasks and other tasks which are incidental, peripheral, practical and appropriate to their main task.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT/FLEXIBILITY. (a) The parties are committed to achieving Continuous Improvement and greater flexibility in all areas designed to improve the overall business performance of Amcor. The parties recognise that these objectives are mutually beneficial and provide the opportunity for Amcor to be more agile, more efficient, more productive and more profitable. In turn co-workers are able to gain greater job security and improved terms and condition. The focus will include, but will not be limited to co-workers actively participating in activities and programs that are designed to: (i) Improve Labour Flexibility, i.e. multi-skilling, movement between equipment, and similar measures (ii) Improve in Product Quality and Process efficiency and measurement (iii) Improve in Downtime (iv) Reduce Waste
