S ubcontracts. The Contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clauses set forth in paragraph (1) through (4) of this section and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts. The prime Contractor shall be responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with the clauses set forth in paragraphs (1) through (4) of this section.

S ubcontracts. In addition to the requirements set forth in Section 3.2, each Subcontract that Contractor executes for the performance of the TTMS Work will:
S ubcontracts. If Provider has any arrangements, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, with affiliates, subsidiaries or any other subcontractors, directly or through another person or entity, to perform any of the services Provider is obligated to perform under the Agreement that are the subject of this Attachment, Provider will ensure that all such arrangements are in writing, duly executed and include all the terms contained in this Attachment. Provider will provide proof of such to Plan upon request. Provider further agrees to promptly amend its agreements with subcontractors, in the manner requested by Plan, to meet any additional CMS requirements that may apply to the services.

Owner shall have the right to reject any subcontractor, but such right shall not relieve the responsibility of the Contractor for Contractor’s Work and the Work of the subcontractors. Contractor expressly assumes such responsibility and liability. Contractor shall enforce safety procedures, strict discipline, and good order among persons performing the Work.

S ubcontracts. The Service Provider shall, upon the District’s request, provide (i) a list of all Subcontractors and (ii) a copy of each contract related to the performance under the Agreement with each such Subcontractor.   • ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS 12.1 The CONTRACTOR shall not assign his interest in this contract nor sublet nor subcontract any portion of the work. The CONTRACTOR agrees to bind every subcontractor approved by the OWNER to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The CONTRACTOR agrees that he is fully responsible to the OWNER for the acts and omissions of his subcontractor, as CONTRACTOR is for the acts and omissions of himself and of persons directly employed by him.
