Rights Under Agreement. The Agreement, a duly executed counterpart of which has been filed with the Trustee, sets forth the covenants and obligations of the Issuer and the Company, and reference is hereby made to the same for a detailed statement of said covenants and obligations of the Company thereunder; and the Issuer agrees that the Trustee in its own name or in the name of the Issuer may enforce all rights of the Issuer and all obligations of the Company under and pursuant to the Agreement for and on behalf of the Bondholders, whether or not the Issuer is in default hereunder.
Rights Under Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, each Party reserves to itself all rights, counterclaims, and other defenses which it is or may be entitled to arising from or out of this Agreement.
Rights Under Agreement. No person other than the parties hereto, the Lenders from time to time and their successors and assigns as holders of the Senior Indebtedness and the Subordinated Debt shall have any rights under this Agreement.

Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent the Issuer from enforcing directly any and all of its rights under Sections 4.2(d), 4.2(e), 4.2(h) and 6.4 of the Agreement.
Rights Under Agreement. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person other than the parties hereto, the Borrower, the Guarantor and the Holders of the Bonds any right, remedy or claim, legal or equitable, under or by reason of this Agreement or any provision hereof, this Agreement and all its provisions being intended to be and being for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto, the Borrower, the Guarantor and the Holders from time to time of the Bonds issued hereunder.
Rights Under Agreement. Any of the rights of Seller under this Agreement (or under any other agreement between Seller on the one hand and Purchaser on the other hand entered into on or after the date of this Agreement);
Rights Under Agreement. Section 4.01 shall not apply to any actions, causes of action, claims or demands which the Key Executive may have relating to the failure or the refusal of the Employer to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Rights Under Agreement. The Authority and the Borrower agree that the Bank may, as owner of the Bond, in its own name or to the extent permitted by law in the name of the Authority, enforce all rights of the Authority and all obligations of the Borrower under and pursuant to this Agreement (except the Reserved Rights of the Authority, and the obligations of the Borrower related thereto, that are not assigned for the benefit of the Bank as specified in Section 10.6 hereof) for and on behalf of the Bank, whether or not the Authority is in default hereunder.
Rights Under Agreement. Our rights under this agreement are in addition to, and not in place of, all rights given us by applicable law.
Rights Under Agreement. Except as expressly modified by this Section 8.3, the Parties shall retain all rights and obligations allocated pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Agreement.
