RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEES. A. Any employee covered by the provisions of this Agreement, shall be free to join or refrain from joining the NESPA without fear of coercion, reprisal or penalty from NESPA or the District. Employees may join and take an active role in the activities of NESPA without fear of coercion, reprisal or penalty.
