Uniform Committee. O.L.C. may designate a committee of three (3) members to make recommendations (which represent a consensus of the committee) to the Chief of Police concerning members' uniforms. Any proposed change(s) to the uniforms shall be reviewed by the Uniform Committee, and the Committee shall make a recommendation to the Chief of Police regarding such proposed change(s) prior to the final decision by the Chief.

Uniform Committee. Annually, the Director of Food Services and the Chapter Vice President will convene a committee to determine the uniform policy for the District. The committee shall consist of no more than four (4) persons appointed by the District and four (4) persons appointed by the Union. Any recommendations presented by the committee shall be approved by both the Union and the District in accordance with Article V of this agreement.

Subject Matter Experts may be invited to participate in 44 Transportation Labor/Management Committee meetings. The Transportation Labor/Management 45 Committee is responsible for continued communication and problem solving of issues impacting 46 Transportation employees. The Transportation Labor/Management Committee is responsible for 1 reviewing the paycheck schedule for Transportation employees and providing the Payroll 2 Department with a recommendation prior to the end of the previous school year. Any committee 3 recommendations shall be sent to the Superintendent’s designee and the SPALC 4 Labor/Management Committee by the chairperson. 6 13.04 – SITE-BASED COMMITTEES: Support staff that serve on school-based committees 7 represent the interests of individual worksites, therefore committee members will be elected 8 by the support staff assigned to that worksite.
