RIGHTS OF THE ASSOCIATION. 3.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to deny or to restrict any unit member’s rights granted under the Education Code of the State of California or other applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The rights granted to unit members by this Agreement shall be deemed to be in addition to those specifically provided in Board policy.
