RIGHTS OF THE ASSOCIATION. 6.01 (a) The University of New Brunswick shall provide the Association, without charge, with a suitably serviced and maintained, centrally located office on each campus, and with the use of the internal postal service of the University of New Brunswick. The Parties agree that, where the Association’s full-time bargaining unit is sharing office space with its part- time bargaining unit, in the event of work disruption involving the part-time unit, the full-time unit shall maintain its access to office space and services independent of the part-time unit.
