Rights and Duties of Committee Members. Members are expected to carry out their duties in an honest and responsible manner in the spirit of this Agreement including the following: ▪ Prepare for, and attend all meetings; ▪ Forward apology if unable to attend; ▪ Communicate with their constituents in order to table relevant issues at meetings; ▪ To faithfully represent their constituents; ▪ To report back to constituents on committee business.

  • Rights and Duties The Shareholders shall have the following rights, powers, privileges, duties and liabilities:
